Summer Self-Care School for Mums

Do you feel this pressure to really enjoy the summer but the reality is that you feel stressed and overwhelmed having to juggle childcare, work, summer clubs and making sure the kids don’t get bored?

You know that taking time out for you will help you but you don’t know where to start, so you don’t do anything just for you. Not having a minute to yourself means that you feel the overwhelm and exhaustion creeping in, which makes it really hard to enjoy your time with your kids. 

Let’s swap that overwhelm and exhaustion for putting your needs firmly back into the equation so you feel happier, calmer and more energetic and ready to take on the summer in my ‘Summer Self-Care School for Mums’ ☀️!

Come and join my ‘Summer Self-Care School for Mums’ – 4 weeks of group coaching that starts on 19th July which will support you in:

☀️feeling like a calmer, happier and more energetic mum this summer

☀️finding a way to be kinder to yourself and giving yourself permission to take a break

☀️feeling like you have practical ways to manage your stress and overwhelm

There are 4 parts to the group coaching:

☀️The weekly group coaching calls on a Monday evening at 8:30-9:15pm – these will be on a different topic each week (self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness and resilience) and it will be all about how you can realistically fit these things into your day as a mum (with my tried and tested techniques!).

☀️The weekly self-care circles on a Friday evening at 8:30-9:15pm – these circles are a chance for the group to show up as they are and share their ups and downs of that week and to be accepted with no judgement. There will also be journalling, meditations and visualisations too.

☀️The community of mums who are feeling the same as you – having been part of group coaching programmes in the past and feeling the power of being part of a group of like-minded people, I wanted to create that here. When we share our stories as mums and realise that we are all going through the same things, we realise that we are not alone. 

☀️The daily prompts to embed self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness and resilience into your day in a practical way – so that you can build your self-care toolkit over the 4 weeks. Once you’ve built that self-care toolkit you can use that to help you for the rest of the summer and beyond!

⚡4 x 45 minute weekly themed Facebook Lives – on self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness for mums and resilience

⚡4 x 45 minute weekly self-care ‘circles’ – dedicated time for self-care as well as guided meditations specifically designed for the challenges that mums face

⚡ Daily content in the Facebook group to encourage you to prioritise yourself

⚡Practical and realistic self-care tips that are totally do-able even for busy mums

⚡ Access to me in the Facebook group to ask any questions with any challenges you are having around self-care

⚡Connecting with a lovely community of like-minded mums to connect with, who all share the same struggles as you – and experiencing that powerful feeling of sharing stories with other mums

When?

FAQS

What if I’m on holiday?

Even if you are on holiday you can still access everything and take part because it’s all contained in the Facebook group. All Facebook Lives are recorded so you can watch them back too and the group will be open for a month after it finishes so you have time to catch up with everything.

What if I just don’t have the time?

The good news is you’ll only need 1.5 hours a week to commit to this coaching programme, so that’s less than two episodes of Love Island – totally achievable!

My approach is all about quick, practical tips that you can actually fit into your super busy life as a mum – so all of the info on this programme will be things that you can put into practice straight away.

All of the content in this programme is all tried and tested (by myself and my coaching clients) so I know that even when it feels like you haven’t got time, it’s still possible to fit it into your day. And more importantly to feel the positive impacts too.

I’m a bit sick of hearing about self-care tbh!

I get it, it’s easy for me to sit here and say you need to do self-care when the reality is that you don’t know where to start, or don’t even see the benefit. I’m not saying that your life will change overnight when you do more self-care, but what I am saying is that I know that taking time out for you helps reduce the overwhelm and gives you a much needed break.

I bang my self-care drum so much because it was a large part of what helped me recover from PNA and has hugely improved all of my client’s lives too. I’ll show you how self-care can be quick, fun, realistic and easy to fit into your busy life as a mum so you can have more energy, resilience and feel less stressed.

Hi, I’m Jenna and I’m a Qualified Life Coach for Mums. I specialise in supporting overwhelmed mums with young kids to feel happier, calmer and more able to cope with motherhood.

I’m a mum too (my kids are 6 and 4) and my struggles in motherhood mean that I can totally relate to how hard motherhood really is.
