I want to help you change your life. I want to help you realise what’s possible for you and to believe in yourself. I want to help you to be kinder to yourself. I want to help you achieve your goals in a way that fits in with your life as a busy mum.
This is my story of not only coming home to myself, but finding out who I always was and realising who I wanted to be.
It wasn’t until I was a mum that I had the confidence to start living the life I really wanted to live. I think finding that inner drive, motivation and self-belief came directly from motherhood too.
For me, experiencing the lowest of lows when I had post-natal anxiety after my second child in 2018 and my year-long recovery from that, put me in a place where I realised I had to let go of the life that I thought I should be living.
The life where I was ticking the boxes of what everyone else did, because I thought that’s just what you did. The life that was fuelled by perfectionism, overwhelm, comparison and self-criticism.
Instead, I wanted to live a life that felt good to me. A life where I felt fulfilled, creative, happier, calmer, able to enjoy my kids more but also able to be more me.

So, I got clear on what was really important to me, what I enjoyed and what got me excited.
I made the decision to prioritise myself and focus on my dreams.
I took action and believed in myself. Time and time again.
Step by step, that’s how I rebuilt my life, to one that felt good to me.
And now?
Iโm a Qualified Coach for Mums, I write all about motherhood on The Motherhood Connection, I host my own podcast and I run retreats for mums. This is pretty much what I dreamed Iโd be doing!
I had my 3rd child in 2022 and Iโm happier now than Iโve ever been. Why? I took the time to reflect on what was important to me and took action to make my goals a reality. I feel fulfilled, creative and proud – all of the relationships in my life benefit from me feeling like this too.ย
Iโm telling you my story because I want to show you what is possible for you. Even if you are a busy mum. Even if you donโt believe in yourself right now.
Now, Iโm combining my personal experience of achieving my own dreams, along with my professional experience of coaching mums, to tell you about my 12 week 1 to 1 coaching programme…

What will happen during Rediscover YOU?

Iโm not about setting unrealistic goals just for the sake of it.
Instead, over 12 weeks, we’ll follow my tried and tested 5 step โCompassionate Goalsโ framework of making things happen, where you:
- think about what your priorities are in your current season of motherhood
- set realistic goals around this that fit in with busy mum life
- take small (totally do-able steps) towards these goals
- stay accountable to these goals and actions
- give yourself a huge dose of compassion along the way
This is about achieving things in a gentle and kind way, in a way that fits in with your life right now – because if itโs anything like mine as a mum of three, then youโve already got loads going on!

Coaching is a partnership

Coaching is a partnership, and I am not here to tell you what to do or to give you advice.
Instead, we are equals in the coaching relationship.
Hereโs what I am there to do when we work together:
- hold space for you so you are able to open up to me
- listen to you
- ask you the right kind of questions
- challenge those beliefs that are keeping you stuck
- keep you accountable for the action that you said youโll take
- remind you of your strengths
- boost your confidence and self-belief
- treat you with compassion
- motivate, encourage and cheerlead you along the way

How much is Rediscover YOU?
Rediscover YOU is a one to one 12 week coaching programme.
It costs ยฃ750, which you can split into 3 payments of ยฃ250 if this works better for you.
Rediscover YOU includes:
- 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions via Zoom (fortnightly)
- Mindfulness exercises and meditations in our coaching sessions to help calm and ground you
- A 3 month bespoke self-care plan with practical tips to encourage daily self-care and specific ways to use self-care to change the things that cause you the most stress in your life right now (priced at ยฃ100)
- Weekly accountability check-in every Sunday via Voxer for 3 months to ensure the bespoke self-care plan is successful for you
- Motivation, support and encouragement across our 3 months together โ just think of me as your personal cheerleader!

Meet your Coach, Jenna…

Jenna Folarin is Coach who supports mums with young kids to go from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to feeling calmer and happier.
Jenna qualified as a Coach in 2020 through The Coaching Academy and also trained in Mindfulness for Mums through 10 of Zen in 2019.
Jenna writes all about motherhood over onย Substackย (come over there and say hi!). Jenna also hosts โThe Inspiring Mums Podcastโ which gives mums practical tips on how to make positive changes in their lives.
As well as coaching, Jenna runs retreats for mums, has created and delivered well-being workshops for Cardiff University and set up a monthly self-care group for mums in her local community.
Jenna lives by the sea in South Wales with her husband and 3 children and once her kids are finally asleep, she loves reading romance books or crocheting a huge colourful blanket.
