3 months of coaching together that allows you to really rediscover yourself and show up as the woman you really want to be.
Together we’ll shine a spotlight on all of the positive ways you’ve changed and grown since becoming a mum, so you can step into the most confident and authentic version of you!

Is it right for me?
Rediscovering YOU is perfect for you if:
- you feel like you’ve lost yourself in motherhood
- you are a mum of young kids and you feel like you’ve got no time or headspace to think about what you really want and need
- you feel like what used to be important to you before you had kids, just isn’t important to you anymore – but your life doesn’t reflect this and it feels off balance
How does it work?
When we work together for 3 months, you’ll have the chance to really:
- explore what is important to you in your life right now and how you can set meaningful goals around these priorities
- work through the areas of your life that feel the most challenging right now and find empowering solutions
- dream big – visualise your future to help you see what is possible for you and how you can make this a reality
- work through any old stories that might be holding you back from believing that you can actually achieve the future that you dream of and deserve
- set realistic actions that are totally do-able in your busy life as a mum of young kids
- build a practice of prioritising yourself and your needs through the bespoke self-care plan which complements the coaching
What’s included?
- 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions via Zoom (fortnightly)
- Mindfulness exercises and meditations in our coaching sessions to help calm and ground you
- A 3 month bespoke self-care plan with practical tips to encourage daily self-care and specific ways to use self-care to change the things that cause you the most stress in your life right now
- Weekly accountability check-in every Sunday via Voxer for 3 months to help with motivation and to ensure the bespoke self-care plan is successful for you
- Motivation, support and encouragement across our 3 months together – think of me as your personal cheerleader!

£200 per month (for 3 months)
