Join me in this episode of The Inspiring Mums Podcast for a 10 minute mini retreat for mums.
Grab a notebook, light a candle and get your favourite drink to take 10 minutes once the kids are in bed, as I lead you through:
💛 a simple self-compassion exercise (which actually calmed me down as I was reading it)
💛 2 journalling questions about you as a mum and your strengths
💛 2 oracle cards and the messages from them
Here’s something I created just for you…

My free Empowering Visualisation is perfect for you if you are feeling demotivated and a bit lost as a mum, as it will help you bring to life the future that you’d love to live.
It will bring out what is important to you and give you a vision to use as an anchor to help you make positive changes in your life.

Journalling questions
- The two journalling questions I ask in this episode are:
- What advice would you give to yourself as a new mum?
- What are your top 5 strengths?
Oracle cards
Here are the two cards that I pulled from the Work Your Light oracle cards by Rebecca Campbell, and their guidance from the book in the card deck:

Where are you being called to journey to?
The Celtic word Imrama means a journey of the soul. A voyage on which we don’t know where we are going, but our soul knows the way.
If you pulled this card you are either being called on a soul journey or are already on one.
You are not alone. Ancient ancestors stand beside you.
You are so supported. You do not stand alone. You have a magnificent team of helpers, both in this world and of the Earth, who are here to help you every step of the way. Call upon them for assistance, they are here to help.
What kind of support do you need? Call it in right away.

I’d love to hear what came up for you from the journalling questions and the oracle cards, get in touch and let me know or send me a quick DM.
About me
I’m Jenna, a mum of three and a Qualified Coach for Mums. I’m on a mission to help as many mums as possible to feel happier and to live a life that feels good to them.
I listen to overwhelmed and exhausted mums with young kids, talk about what they really want and need in their lives. Together we set goals and take small (totally do-able) steps, to create long-lasting change.

I qualified as a Coach in 2020 through The Coaching Academy and also trained in Mindfulness for Mums through 10 of Zen in 2019.
As well as coaching, I’ve created and delivered well-being workshops for Cardiff University and also set up and ran a monthly self-care group for mums in my local community.
I live in South Wales with my husband and 3 children, and when my kids are finally asleep I love nothing better than getting cosy and reading, or doing some crochet.
