About me
I’m Jenna, a mum of three and a Qualified Coach for Mums. I’m on a mission to help as many mums as possible to feel happier and to live a life that feels good to them.
I listen to overwhelmed and exhausted mums with young kids, talk about what they really want and need in their lives. Together we set goals and take small (totally do-able) steps, to create long-lasting change.

I qualified as a Coach in 2020 through The Coaching Academy and also trained in Mindfulness for Mums through 10 of Zen in 2019.
As well as coaching, I’ve created and delivered well-being workshops for Cardiff University and also set up and ran a monthly self-care group for mums in my local community.
I live in South Wales with my husband and 3 children, and when my kids are finally asleep I love nothing better than getting cosy and reading, or doing some crochet.
