3 reasons why I might be the right Coach for you

It’s so important to choose a Coach who you connect with so that you can get the most out of the coaching relationship.

Here are 3 reasons why I might be the right Coach for you:

  1. I have a gentle and compassionate approach to coaching – I don’t believe in putting pressure on you to achieve your goals, instead I hold you accountable in a gentle way, as well as being your biggest cheerleader *throws pom poms in the air*!
  2. I have deep understanding and empathy for the struggles of motherhood that you may have, due to my own challenges in motherhood. I hold a safe space for you to talk about those struggles and you are never judged. You realise that your struggles are normal and that you are not alone.
  3. I apply an individual approach to each client and use different tools such as self-care and mindfulness in my coaching to help clients get to where they want to be. Self-care helps to re-energise you as well as naturally increasing your confidence and self-worth. Mindfulness helps calm your racing mind, allows you to be more present and increases your resilience to be able to cope with tough situations.
