Everything changes when you believe in yourself

How often do you tell yourself that you can’t do something? Fear of failure, fear of judgement, fear of success and that harsh inner critic can all stop us in our tracks.

When you believe you can do something, you are set free. Instead of searching for the reasons why you can’t do something, and reasons why it won’t work, you start to search for the reasons why it might work, you boost your confidence by thinking about all the things that you have achieved and you start to question whether your inner critic is actually right when it tries to stand in your way (spoiler alert – it’s not!).

So how can you get from that place where you feel stuck, you know you are not happy with how things are but you have no idea how you could even change things. And anyway, as a busy mum, where would you find the time? Isn’t it selfish to want more and focus on yourself? Shouldn’t you just be happy with what you have and leave it at that?

No!!! My job as a coach is to help you see that the life that you dream of in your head is possible, and I support you in making this a reality.

Let me tell you about one of my clients who was really unhappy in her job and her dream was to retrain as a coach. She just couldn’t see how she would make the change – she was a busy mum, her job took up a lot of her energy and her dream of retraining seemed impossible.

When we finished coaching together six sessions later, this wonderful client had not only found a new job which she was happier in, but she had booked on to the coaching course she had dreamed of enrolling on.

So, what changed?

She spoke to me about her dreams and fears. She got the head-space and clarity she needed from our coaching sessions to work out what goals she needed to focus on to make her dreams a reality. She took consistent small steps towards her goals. I held her accountable as her coach. We broke through the limiting beliefs that she had in her head about the reasons why she couldn’t achieve her goals. We boosted her self confidence and self-belief by focusing on her strengths and previous achievements.

She started to believe that she not only could do this, but she deserved to. She prioritised herself and was a happier mum and person overall. Everything changed because she believed in herself.

I’d love to show you how everything can change when you believe in yourself. Find out how you can work with me here and let’s chat more so we can bring your dreams to life.
